Develop your powers of concentration
If you want to strengthen the muscles in your body through exercise, same way you can develop your ability to concentrate your mind. A simple exercise can help you to building concentration is to look into the flame of a lamp and keep your mind clear. The only thing you should remember always is empty the mind. Say in mind "no thoughts" if something coming to mind say "this is not that thought" but later thought about "no thought" you remove. Every time internal dialog starts, stop it. Practice emptying your mind regularly. You can do this anywhere at anytime. Don't worry if you feel asleep in the beginning of the practices. If you keep doing at it, you will start developing a strong magical strength of mind.
