Greens Fried Rice

Items Required: (1) Big onions - 5 nos. (2) Basumathi rice - 2 tumblers. (3) Lemon - 2 nos. (4)  Coriander - 1 spoon.(5) Amarakantha leaf - 6 bundles. (6) Fenugreek ( methi ) - 1 spoon. (7) Grated coconut - a little. (8) Curry leaf - 4 strings. (9) Oil - 5 spoons. (10) Ghee - 3 spoons. (11) Asafoetida - 1 pinch. (12) Dry chilli - 10 nos.(13) Salt - to taste. (14) Mustard - 1 spoon. (15) Tor dhal - 1 spoon. (16) Beaten bengal gram - 1 spoon.
How to prepare:

Wash Basumathi rice well and soak the same for 15 mins. Then drain off the water and put it in the cooker. After cooking without becoming sticky, pour it to a wide plate so that it cools well. Then wash the leaf well. Wash onions and cut it into pieces. Keep frying pan on the stove with some oil. When the oil is heated, add masala things like cinnamon, coriander, asafoetida, cloves, fenugreek (methi) and also dry chillies and fry it well. Then grate the coconut and add the same switch off the stove. Then put all the things in a mixie and grind.
After that put oil in a frying pan and keep it on the stove. When the oil is heated put the mustard ,add beaten bengal gram, thor dhal, curry leaf and the pieces of onions and the amarkantha leaf and turn them with a spetula. After it is cook well add the rice which has been cooled, masala powder and salt then turn it with a spetula. Add lemon juice and then switch off the stove. Fry the cashew nuts in ghee and mix it with fried rice. Now the tasty greens fried rice is ready.


Sago Rice Halva

Sago Rice Halva
Ingredients Required this:

Milk - 1/2 litre, Sago - 1/4 kg, Sugar - 1kg, Ghee - 100gms, Cashew nuts - 25gms, Reins - 25gms,Cardamom seeds powder -- 1 teaspoon.

Preparation Guide:

Wash the sago well in water. Bake the same in water mixed milk. After the same is boiled,add sugar and ghee. Afterwards you can pour the same to a plate and then eat.


Groundnut Chutney

How to make Groundnut  Chutney

Ingredients Required for this: Groundnut seeds - 100 grams, Coconut - 1/4, Salt - according to your taste, Green chillies - 6 nos., Onion - 2 nos.,Oil - a little, Asafoetida - one pinch, Mustard - 1 spoon.
Method and Preparation:

Peal the field beans from its pods. Cut the inside kermel of coconut into small pieces. Fry coconut, green chillies.Then put the same in a grinding stone and grind. After grinding the same season with mustard put in a pan, with little oil. Now groundnut chutney is ready.


Roasted Beaten Bengal Gram Chutney

Ingredients Required for this Chutney

Roasted beaten bengal gram -100 grms, Salt - a little to taste, Coconut - 1/2, Green chilli - 4, Tamarind - 1/2, Mustard - 1 spoon, Oil - 1 spoon.

How to prepare:

Clean the roasted beaten bengal gram and put it in a grinding stone. Put grated coconut, salt, tamarind and grind all these well. After grinding it season the same with mustard and asafoetida in oil. Now roasted beaten bengal gram chutney is ready. ... more dishes are coming soon...


Spinach Leaf Dosa

Have you heard about this Spinach Leaf Dosa? It is easy to make.

Ingredients we need: Rice-1/2  kg, Sugar- 4 spoons, Fenugreek seed-1 spoon, Butter milk - 200 grms, Onions - 2 nos, Ghee -1/2 tumbler, Green chillies - 3 nos, Salt - to taste, Spinach leaf  - 2 bundles

Method Of Preparation is so easy:

Wash the rice and fenugreek seed well and soak them in curd for 3 hrs. After the rice is soaked well grind it in a wet grinder and prepare the batter. Put the batter in a vessel,add salt,sugar, chilli and close the vessel for an hour duly mixing.

Remove the stalksof Spinach and separate leaves.Then cut into small pieces, cut the onions also. Afterwards put the pan on the stove and when it is heated smear ghee and pour dosa batter. After dosa is bake keep Spinach leaves and onions on dosa, fold it and roast further. Remove the dosa after due roasting and put in a plate along with tomato chutney.


Coconut Dosa

 Ingredient you need. Rice  --- 1/2 kg, Coconut --- 1 no,  Groundnut oil  -- 1 spoon, Salt  --  according to taste

Method of  preparation  to cook.
Soak the rice in water.Grate the coconut and then grind the soaked rice with grated coconut well. After grinding it take the batter to a vessel and add salt and leave the same for some time. Then put a pancake on the stove and pour dosa. your coconut is ready!
