Downloadable Recent Comments Widget For Blogger

This widget will display the recent comments on Blogger blogs. No Ads. No copyright title No linksback to any other site.

Steps are:

1. Go to your Blogger Dashboard > Layout > Page Element > Add a Gadget > HTML/JavaScript

2. Copy and paste the code below:

3. In the code, look for the line…

src=”http://your blog.blogspot.com/feeds/comments/default…

and replace the blog address with your own blog address.

src=”http://your blog.blogspot.com/feeds/comments/default…

(For self-hosted blogs)…

src=”http://www.yourblog.com/feeds/comments/default…

(Here is the best option, due to heavy traffic some time this script may delay. If you have own script (ie. you hosted your own server, script will work always faster. But you have to give exact path of the "rc.js" file. I have uploaded my rc.js file to my free www.geocities.com space. (or any where)

4. Add a Nice title. Save the template

Also widget is set to display 5 recent comments. If you want to change that number, just look for the number 5 in the code and replace it with the number of comments you want to be displayed. That’s it!
