How to make Groundnut Chutney
Ingredients Required for this: Groundnut seeds - 100 grams, Coconut - 1/4, Salt - according to your taste, Green chillies - 6 nos., Onion - 2 nos.,Oil - a little, Asafoetida - one pinch, Mustard - 1 spoon.
Method and Preparation: Peal the field beans from its pods. Cut the inside kermel of coconut into small pieces. Fry coconut, green chillies.Then put the same in a grinding stone and grind. After grinding the same season with mustard put in a pan, with little oil. Now groundnut chutney is ready.
